Huston's Non-Alcoholic Beer
Our Valentines Day kind of was celebrated all weekend! We just enjoyed the weekend together and really got to have lots of adventure and fun. It started Friday when Huston ditched classes to spend the day with me because i didnt have to work. We just spent the day shopping for snorkel gear for my birthday present from my parents and treated ourselves to little ceasars pizza. and then that night we found Coors Light non-alcholic BEER at Wal Mart. Huston was so excited because he had never tried that kind before! and since i am now 21, i got to BUY it for him cuz it was on sale:) That was Huston's Valentines day present from me with a dark chocolate Recee's bar! He was soo Happy! haha.. he even got me to try the beer with him! ... I dont like it..but..it tastes alot better than his GERMAN beer though! Also on friday night we drove to Waikiki and found the exact place on the beach where we got to kiss 3 years ago when we were both here at the same time for vacation! it was so sweet!!haha.. anyways.. then we enjoyed Saturdays adventures..which you will read about in the next post! .. and Sunday .. Actual Valentines day went really good! We had to speak in Church so the morning consisted of preparing our talks, which both went very well. We love our ward. and then we had to substitute the CTR 8 class in Primary, which was so fun!! We told the kids they would have to sit boy girl boy girl if they were not good..and much to our suprise...the little boys all went YEAH!!!! haha... we tried so hard not to laugh! but it was a fun Sunday! .. after church we had our own "romantic dinner" -chicken stir fry with sparkeling cider! and then we had Kaitlyn and Olivia over to make cookies! The frosting didnt really turn out...but our cookies still tasted good! :) We always have fun with these girls! Hence they are in ALL of our pictures almost! haha.. We love them very much, they have become really close friends of ours and we are not looking forward to them leaving the island!

Huston also lied to me.. he is known for that in order to suprise me... granted.. i ALWAYS fall for it. anyways.. he told me he forgot it was Valentines day and that he would just give me a card on monday when he could go to the store. i wasnt mad at all cuz the weekend was all celebration.. i could see how he would forget maybe..haha.. but then he walked in that morning as i was printing my talk off..with flowers and a card and some candy! He was just hiding them upstairs in our neighbors apartment. What a guy! i am truly the luckiest and happiest girl on the earth!! i am married to mFory BEST FRIEND!!!!!!!!!!! Happy Valentines! I know this is kind of a world renoun hated holiday...but im in love and i fall more in love every day and i cant help it! Sorry to brag! This is the poem in Huston's Card... I thought it was Hilariously CUTE!:)

For my Wonderful Wife, a valentine poem.
for telling me quite bluntly when my clothing looks absurd
and helping me dress tastefully instead of like a nerd....
for never really minding when im hogging the remote.
and when im channel surfind never reaching for my throat.
For listening when i babble bout the problems where i work.
and never saying things like knock it off you whiney jerk
For seeing to it that i try to eat some healthy food
and finding me attractive even though you've seen me nude!

We went on a really fun Hike on Saturday with Olivia and Kaitlyn!...it was crazy and steep but fun! We were supposed to Hike to these falls, however there wasnt much rain lately, so they were not falls really..but there was a rope swing and some fun cliffs for Huston to jump off of! We had a really fun time until i got stuck in the rock swing haha! As i was rocking back towards the cliffs everyone was screaming KILIE LET GO! ..but i couldnt let go..if i did, i would have been handing head first into the water with my leg stuck on the rope! haha.. Man we do love adventure! and the one time i..Kilie, decide to join in..lol.. leave it to me to cause some sort of accident..haha...anyways..After the Hike we went to Haliewa.. a North Shore old town full of old surf shops and other fun shops and ate this amazing shaved ice, and these amazing things called Mochi's.. umm.. sooo good. its ice cream inside of a little rice cake tortilla. and its BOMB! anyways.. we finished off the day watching Huston get SLAMMED by HUGE 15 ft waves.. but you know..he made it down a few of them on his boogey board! Boy was he excited! haha! What a day!!!

Skype!

Skype!... oh the joys and the wonders of this beautiful program! all you need is a web cam and you are set! the program is free online! and you get to call whoever you want to for FREE and see them face to face!! Yesterday i got to Skype with my family for almost an hour and half! My cousins were there, and i loved getting to talk to EVERYONE of them(Evvie, Dan, and P and Q), it almost made me feel like i was home with them! Huston loves the program too, he is just not one for sitting in front of the computer for very long!... anyways.. you all should try Skype! its a great thing and i LOVEE that i get to SEEEEE my family! We are hoping that Huston's mom gets a webcam soon so that they can join on the fun too!! WE LOVE SKYYYPPPEEE!!!

Kilie is 21!!!

So.. turning 21 in Hawaii!!... hmm... gREAT! My husband is so fun to be around and is pretty much perfect. He did everything he could to make it my Day and about ME! Friday night we celebrated early..and had Red Lobster for dinner. Our favorite!(crab legs)..and then my sweet husband who HATES shopping, took me shopping and let me pick out a nice shirt.I love it!:) When your newly weds and pinching your pennies, you usually have to give up that one thing that you did all the time with your own money when you were single..and by that i mean. umm.. SHOPPING! haha.. So it was nice to go shopping again! After that, my husband made it through a chick flick with me! We saw Dear John. It was a pretty good movie! and Together we had a great night! Today on my actual birthday my husband woke up serenading me in birthday song while making me Crepes! They were AWESOME and soooooo tasty! We then headed to our favorite beach, Waimea bay with our friends Olivia and Kaitlin!Who also helped make my birthday special! We really love and enjoy spending time with them they are like sisters to us, and we will be so sad when they leave the island! After the beach we went to this little place called Kava Roots and tried what they call and Asai Bowl.. It was soo YUMMY! It is Asai smoothie with granola, honey, and bannana! It was such a good birthday! We were supposed to finish out the night making "virgin drinks" cuz.. when u turn 21 you know your LEGAL..my question is LEGAL to do what!?? haha.. anyways... but we were tooo sunburned and tired, so we are saving the drinks for tomorrow! So as my aunt asked me this morning! How does it feel to turn 21!? Does it feel just like 20!? ....The answer is yes i dont feel any different really! I got lots of fun cards in the mail from family, My aunt and my siblings and some suprise friends from home and that meant the world to me. I also spent a good part of the day talking on the phone with family and friends catching up... thanks for calling me, i love you all! And thank you to my HUSBAND who made everything fun and kept me smiling all day. He's my best friend! Yay! Happy Birthday!

Happy birthday brother! .. Just thought you should know we were thinking of you. I sure do miss you! Alot has changed within just the last couple months! Your little sister got married. .. yes dont worry he takes great care of me and i think you would really like him! :) and after we got married we moved to Hawaii! ... Cool huh!?Ya i know, your wandering how mom handled that!? well, she misses us, but i think she is ok! ;) Hows life up there!? are you keeping everyone in line!? especially Jean! She needs it the most im sure! haha.. Thank you for coming to our sealing, I could feel you enter the room with brother Farnsworth. Everyone there knew that you were too, and that means the world to me i knew you wouldnt miss it! You are my big brother in heaven and i know that you are closer sometimes than we all think! ... well.. Marlie and Jenson...haha.. They are good. We are all really close! I keep them in line for you dont you worry. However.. Mom blames me for Marlie.. and how mature she is..but i think i can blame YOU for sending her too us..knowing fully how she would turn out to be! haha.. Jenson, well i think you would be proud, he is such a good kid..He even keeps me in line! He is a great example to Marlie and I, and has nothing but good in his heart! He does so much service, and he SINGS and stays really active, he didnt quite want to take on the athletics in the family like you and I did, but i know you would still be proud of him for doing what he loves most! ..Gosh we miss you around here. I cant believe you are 26 today!! You are SO old! .. guess what else? Your little sister will be 21 and LEGAL on saturday. you know what that means?? well all that means is that MOm and dad are getting old! haha.. ya.. Mom calls me the Unruly one in the family.. can you believe that? Where in the world might she think that? maybe because i am UBER sarcastic and i dont really take anyones crap! haha.. but i know you already know all this.. It sort of makes me feel better when i write you a letter every year on your birthday. .Like i am closer to you or something. I just wish sometimes SOO badly that were still an earthly part of our family, but i know that you are still doing SOOO much good in heaven waiting for us to meet you there and i sure hope that we all live up to that, because you are a good big brother! I remember you. .. I remember you.
