Today we are grateful for GAMES. They provide some much needed entertainment and with the right group of people can be extremly fun. Games can be competetive, fun, hilarious, an lighten the mood of a party anytime. No matter what the game is, usually its fun. Huston's family plays games almost every sunday after dinner so its a favorite pastime of ours.

But particularly ....

Last night, Huston was working on homework till about 10:15pm while I had a date with our dishes and then someone knocked on our door. Granted it was part of a "game" to knock on our dooor, and then we had to judge two very entertaining "sales pitches" from friends. They then invited us down to play as well.

Some people were leaving and we were a little bummed it might have been too late to catch some fun, but we ended up playing till almost midnight and I dont think we have laughed that hard in a very long time. Thanks for inviting us down to play. We havent played "games" in a long time and need to do it more often.

We all celebrated 11.11.11 at 11:11pm with Martenelli's sparkeling cider and making wishes. It turned out to be a better friday night than expected.
