October

October was a festive month for me! I sort of went all out with decor. :) It was fun and cheap

Here are some of my cheap crafts for Halloween:
 Frankie on my door
The cheap milk jug luminary's (ghosts)
 Painted Cans

 Spider webs
Spooky Garland printed from the internet
Painted paper plate candy corn garland

I specifically love holidays for the excuse I have to decorate, craft, and bake some yummy treats.

Here are some of the recipes i have tried:

Pumpkin muffins
Pumpkin Oatmeal Chocolate Chip- They were SO good

Candy Corn Cookies

And here are some photos of our Halloween. It was kind of a lame one because Huston had to work until 8pm, but we made sure we made it fun. We dressed up as SMORES because it was free. and we visited our favorite little kiddos, I went for a walk with a friend to see the trick or treaters, we then carved pumpkins, and had some friends over to watch captain america. It was a fun night to say the least! It just didn't feel like Halloween.

The only thing we didn't do on our Halloween bucket list was go to the Pumpkin Patch, it will just have to be on the list for next year.
